Gary Bohamed is President and Chief Executive Officer of EMBO, LLC responsible for the strategic planning and resource deployment of a number of projects in a variety of industries. Prior to EMBO, Gary was founding member and Executive Director of Independence Medical Group, a $100 million Independent Physician Association based in central California.
Gary received his Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and his Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, Malibu. He is an avid runner, sports enthusiast and enjoys reading. He resides in Santa Clarita California with his family.

Mark is an accomplished, strategic, healthcare executive with extensive expertise leading the Human Resources Management and Leadership/Organizational Development functions as well as other key Support Services.  He is a strategic visionary who influences and advises others, fueling a positive and high performing culture.  Prior to joining EMBO, Mark was the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Valencia since 2002.  As a member of the executive leadership team, he was responsible for recruitment and engagement, leadership and organizational development, rewards and recognition, labor and employee relations, and benefits and compensation.  Mark has over 35 years of Human Resource Management experience — mostly in acute healthcare — having also worked for Keck Hospital of USC/USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, Northridge Hospital Medical Center, Harbor UCLA Medical Center and Shriners Hospital for Children. He holds a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Healthcare Management.
